About this tool

Even before you make a sale, a limited company has fixed monthly costs: accounting fees, address/office, ledger and stamp costs, bank and software fees. This tool adds them up and shows the annual and daily fixed burden, so you can see how much revenue the company needs each month just to stay afloat.

Formulas

  • Monthly total = Accounting + Address + Stamp/ledger + Bank/software + Other
  • Annual total = Monthly total × 12
  • Daily fixed cost = Annual total / 365

Amounts are rounded to 2 decimals, half up (HALF_UP). Add annual costs (e.g. ledger certification) divided by 12 to the monthly items. All amounts are values you enter; the tool assumes no tariff or legal amounts.

Example 1: accounting TRY 5,000, address 2,500, stamp/ledger 500, bank/software 700 and other 1,300 give a monthly total of TRY 10,000.00, an annual total of TRY 120,000.00 and about TRY 328.77 per day.

Example 2 (amounts with decimals): accounting 1.25, address 2.50, stamp/ledger 3.75, bank/software 4.00 and other 5.50 give a monthly total of 17.00, an annual total of 204.00 and a daily cost of 0.56.

How to read the result: The monthly total is the fixed burden you must cover even if you make no sales. The annual total is for budgeting, and the daily fixed cost shows the level of cost to be covered every day. Enter the total as fixed cost in the break-even tool to find your minimum monthly sales target, or carry it to the fixed/variable split tool. Corporate tax, provisional tax, payroll and variable costs are not included, so the result may be lower than your real fixed burden.

How to use

  1. Enter the monthly amount for each item; leave unused items at 0.
  2. Add annual costs (e.g. ledger certification) divided by 12.
  3. Use the same VAT basis (with or without VAT) for all amounts.
  4. Press Calculate and read the monthly, annual and daily totals.

Notes

Amounts are rounded HALF_UP to two decimals. The annual total uses 12 months and the daily cost 365 days. All inputs are yours.
