About this tool

Ledger certification (notary/chamber), stationery and similar costs are paid once a year or irregularly and are easy to miss in a monthly cash plan. This tool adds the annual costs and divides them by active months to give an even monthly share for pricing and cash planning.

Formulas

  • Annual total = Ledger certification + Stationery + Other
  • Monthly allocation = Annual total / Active months
  • Ledger share (%) = Ledger certification / Annual total × 100

Example: ledger certification TRY 3,456.78, stationery 1,234.56, other 789.01 and 7 active months: annual total TRY 5,480.35; monthly allocation 5,480.35 / 7 ≈ TRY 782.91; ledger share 63.08%.

Certification fees vary by notary, chamber and ledger type and change every year, so enter amounts from your own receipts. The monthly figure can be carried to the limited company or sole proprietor fixed-cost tools.

How to read the result

"Monthly allocation" is the share you should set aside from each active month's income to cover these annual costs; in pricing it is added to the fixed cost per product or service. If the "ledger share" is high (e.g. above 60%), comparing the cost of e-ledgers or other ledger types can make sense. For businesses opened mid-year, enter the actual number of active months.

How to use

  1. Enter the annual ledger certification cost (from your notary receipt).
  2. Enter annual stationery and any other annual costs.
  3. Enter the number of active months (1-12) over which to spread the cost.
  4. Press Calculate.

Notes

Amounts are rounded HALF_UP to two decimals. The allocation is even across months. Certification fees are your inputs; no tariff is assumed.
