Salary Raise Calculator
See how a percentage or amount raise on a Turkish gross salary changes net pay, income tax and employer cost in 2026, or compare two gross salaries side by side.
Things to keep in mind:
- A mid-year raise has a lower real cumulative base, so the real net in the raise month may be slightly higher.
- Disability allowance, bonuses, overtime and benefits are not included.
- With more than one employer, the minimum wage income tax exemption applies only at the employer paying the highest wage; net pay at the other employers is lower.
- Only the 2-point general Treasury reduction and the 5-point manufacturing reduction are modelled. Other incentives (6111, 7103, 4447 temp. 10, disabled employees, R&D/5746, technoparks/4691, young entrepreneurs) are not included.

About this tool
Raises apply to the gross salary. Both salaries are run through the full 2026 payroll — employee premiums, cumulative income tax with the minimum wage exemption, stamp duty and employer premiums — for the chosen month, assuming each salary has been paid since January. Because the extra pay is taxed at your top bracket, the net raise is usually smaller than the gross raise.
How to use
- Enter the current gross salary.
- Enter the raise as a percentage or as the new gross amount.
- Choose the month and the Treasury reduction, then press Calculate.
Notes
Each scenario assumes its salary since January. The new gross is rounded to the kuruş.
