Real Estate Agent Commission Calculator (Turkey)

Article 20(1) of the Regulation on Trade in Real Estate caps the total sale brokerage service fee at 4% of the contract sale price, excluding VAT. This is the combined fee collected from buyer and seller. The agreement determines how it is split. The “both parties” option assumes an equal 2% + 2% split; a single-party option assigns the full 4% cap to that payer.
