Auto-Enrolment Pension (BES) Contribution Calculator

Employees under 45 are enrolled automatically in the private pension system (Law 4632 add. art. 2). The contribution is 3% of the social security contribution base, which cannot be below the floor or above the ceiling.

The state adds 20% of the contributions paid by the participant (2026, Presidential Decree 10811); contributions above the annual gross minimum wage (396,360 TL in 2026) are not considered (add. art. 1). Employees may opt out within two months.
