About this tool
Turkish stamp duty is a per-mille rate on the amount written in the document, depending on the document type. Contracts and lease agreements have different rates, and the duty per document cannot exceed the yearly upper limit. For leases the amount is the total rent for the contract term.
How to use
- Choose the document type.
- Enter the amount in the document (total rent for the term for leases).
- Enter the number of parties sharing the duty and press Calculate.
Notes
Rates and the upper limit are kept with source and effective date. Cap applied shows 1 when the limit was reached.
