About this tool

When the tenant is obliged to withhold tax (e.g. businesses renting premises), income tax is withheld from the rent. This tool uses the Turkish rent withholding rate in force to split gross rent into withholding and net rent, or to gross up an agreed net rent.

How to use

  2. Choose whether it is gross or net.
