About this tool
In Turkish cases with a monetary value, the decision and judgment fee is a per-mille rate on the awarded amount (Fees Law tariff 1). One quarter is paid in advance when filing (one twentieth in damages cases for death or bodily injury); the rest within one month of service of the judgment. Any excess advance is refunded. The proportional decision fee cannot be lower than the fixed decision fee of tariff 1 section III, so on rejection or a small award the fixed fee applies.
How to use

The rate is kept with source and effective date. Balance = decision fee − advance; a negative difference is shown as a refund.
